Szechuan Baby Back Ribs

1 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
1 cup Dynasty Hoisin Sauce
1 cup Dynasty Plum Sauce
6 tablespoons Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
1/4 cup Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce 6 tablespoons Boyajian Toasted Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger, minced
2 full racks Baby Back Ribs
Salt and Pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, chopped


Prepare the sauce by sauteing garlic in olive oil in a sauce pan. Do not brown. Add the Hoisin, Plum, Chili and Soy Sauces along with the sesame oil and ginger and simmer for 30 minutes.

To prepare the ribs salt and pepper both sides. Place in a baking pan, add 1⁄4 cup of water mixed with a tablespoon of barbecue sauce and cover with aluminum foil. Place ribs in 350-degree oven for about 2 hours. When ribs are tender, brush with Szechuan sauce and grill or brown under a broiler.

Sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro and serve.
