



• 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
• 4 (4-ounce) Bone-In Pork Chops
• ¼ Cup Chopped Sweet Onion
• ¼ Cup Bonne Maman Apricot Preserves
• 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
• 2 Teaspoons Polaner Chopped Garlic
• ¼ Teaspoon Salt
• ¼ Cup Sliced Green Onion
• ½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)

1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Coat pan with olive oil.
3. Add pork to pan; cook 6 minutes on each side or until done.
4. Remove from pan; keep warm.
5. Add chopped onion to pan; sauté 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
6. Stir in preserves, soy sauce, garlic and salt; cook 3 minutes or until thickened.
7. Add pork to pan, turning to coat.
8. Sprinkle with green onion.
9. Enjoy!
