



1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 large onion, diced
1/4 pound crisp cooked bacon, chopped
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 tablespoons beer

Combine bacon, onion, cheddar cheese and set aside.
Combine beef, salt and beer; mix thoroughly, then shape into 6 thin patties.
Spoon the bacon, onion and cheese mixture on 3 patties.
Top with remaining patties and press edges to seal.
Grill about 6 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
