



Chicken Filling
• 4 Gerber’s Amish Farm® boneless, skinless thighs, diced
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• Lee Kum Kee® Lettuce Wrap Sauce
Lettuce and Toppings
• 8 butter lettuce leaves
• 1 cup bean sprouts
• 1 cup thinly sliced red cabbage
• 1 cup julienned carrots
• 1 cup cucumber slices
• 2 tbsp. chopped peanuts
• 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
• 1 cup cooked thin rice noodles (optional)
• ½ cup sliced green onion (optional)

1. Heat oil over high heat in a large frying pan. Add diced chicken and stir fry for 3 minutes or until browned.
2. Add ¾ pouch of Lee Kum Kee Lettuce Wrap Sauce. Bring to a simmer for an additional 2 minutes. Scoop the mixture into a lettuce cup, add toppings and drizzle with remaining sauce.
