


1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
1/4 cup scallions, chopped
2 tablespoons ginger, minced
3/4 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
3/4 teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Create the perfect size patties. Grill or fry burgers to desired doneness. Enjoy!
