



• 2 cups frozen blueberries
• 6 oz. The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
• ½ cup BEET IT beet juice
• 2 oz. simple syrup
• 3 - 4 fresh basil leaves
• 2 - 3 cups ice
• Fresh blueberries & extra basil leaves for garnish

1. Add frozen blueberries, gin, beet juice, simple syrup and basil leaves to a blender.
2. Blend on high until all ingredients are smooth and well combined.
3. Add ice a handful at a time, blending well between each addition until desired thickness is achieved.
4. Spoon slushie mixture into a cocktail glass and top with fresh blueberries and a basil leaf or two. Enjoy!
