



• 4 Slices Sourdough Bread
• 4 Slices Beemster Vlaskaas Gouda Cheese
• 4 Slices Bacon, cooked and drained
• 1 Honeycrisp Apple peeled and sliced thin
• Butter for spreading on both sides of bread
• Honey or Fig Jam *optional

1. Spread butter on both sides of bread.
2. Place 1 gouda cheese slice onto the bread and top with apple slices. Drizzle with honey or fig jam. Add another slice of gouda cheese and then top with crispy bacon.
3. Cook on low or medium-low heat until lightly golden brown on each side and the cheese is melted.
4. Cut in half and eat immediately.
