Named by Milwaukee Magazine in its Best of Milwaukee 2001 issue as “Best Cheese Chamber,” our cheese department not only possesses a unique display, but also features over 400 different varieties of cheese, many of which are World and U.S. Champions. We represent 17 countries from around the world as well as cheeses from master cheese makers right here in Wisconsin. The main focus of our inventory is on Domestic, French, Italian, Dutch, English, Irish, German, and Belgian cheeses. Our longstanding relationship with various cheese makers as well as the people that distribute their cheese allows us to offer the very best selections in every cheese category.

Our knowledgeable staff is available to provide consulting to set up the perfect cheese and wine pairing or suggest cheeses to cook with or serve for dessert. They are also happy to offer you the opportunity to taste any cheese before you purchase it.
