We feature the finest lamb and veal from local producer, Strauss Brands, Incorporated. Strauss employs natural pasture raising methods where the herd enjoys a natural, healthy diet, never receiving growth hormones, antibiotics, or animal by products.

Their cattle live freely on grass pastures and are never confined to a feedlot. In the winter, cattle consume stockpiled and/or stored forages, like hay. To qualify for their program, cattle must never be given antibiotics, never implanted with or given artificial growth hormones and never given grain in their lifetime. In the rare case an animal does require antibiotics due to illness or injury; it is treated and diverted to the conventional beef market, never to be used under their brand. In short, 100% Grass Fed to us means: No Antibiotics, No Artificial Hormones and No Grain—ever in the animal's life. Now you "Know No".

Fresh All Natural Pork

We carry all natural pork that is free from added hormones and artificial ingredients. Our tender, succulent cuts of bone-in and boneless pork have just the right amount of marbling for natural tenderness and great taste.

Fresh Natural Poultry

Our meat department is pleased to feature Gerber’s Amish Farm Chicken – raised on a vegetarian diet with nothing added - no antibiotics, hormones, gluten, or by-products! We also carry Smart Chicken and Organic Smart Chicken. All Smart Chicken products are raised without animal byproducts, antibiotics, or hormones, are 100% all-natural, and are processed using purified cold air. In our service meat case, you will find ten varieties of marinated chicken breasts in delectable flavors ranging from the ever popular garlic-butter to Door County cherry.

Homemade Specialty Grinds and Burgers

All of our ground meat is made fresh daily by our experienced butchers who utilize our own fresh meat trimmings. Our round is 95% lean, the blend (half round and half chuck) is 90% lean, and chuck is 85% lean. The other grinds we make include: turkey, veal, lamb, extra lean pork, and American Kobe beef. For your convenience our butchers prepare many mouthwatering varieties of black Angus burgers, turkey burgers and American Kobe burgers – ready for the grill. So get the fire started for a taste treat the whole family will enjoy!

All Natural Fresh Sausages

Our sausage makers use only the freshest ingredients to make our Sendik’s turkey, chicken, Angus beef and pork sausages. The natural seasoning blends we use give every sausage we make the perfect flavor and balance. Enjoy the many varieties our butchers prepare fresh each day.
